- Police in Louisville, Kentucky rescued a 6-year-old girl from an alleged kidnapper. The nightmare started when the little girl was riding her bicycle outside her home. Out of nowhere, cops say the suspect pulled over and grabbed her. Then, he threw her into his car and drove off. Luckily, a neighbor got a partial license plate and called 911. An entire police division, some 13 cars, was put on the manhunt. #InsideEdition
They shouldn't even suggest bail for demons like that.

Legally there has to be a bail because of the constitution but just like everything judges find a way to bypass it by making the bail too high to attain. Some interpret the constitution a little different when it comes to bail.

So happy the neighbor was paying attention and helped describe the kidnapper and his car. This could of ended so much worse but i am glad it didnt. This is why I never leave my kids alone outside even for a second. Much respect to the neighbor and for the quick response from the police department that got this little girl back to her daddy safe.

It's not confirmed until he's found guilty in a court of law. That's how our criminal justice system works. It's in the constitution. Innocent until proven guilty. We have to hear his side about how he was trying to save her from the dangers of riding her bicycle on the sidewalk. Then, we have to evaluate whether or not he had good intentions and is telling the truth.

The real hero here is the neighbor who watched him throw her in the car. Jumped into his car and followed him and gave police information on his car. Without him this little girl would most likely not be in this world anymore.
I lost my son to a horrible car accident on October 12, 2023.
He has three kids, 6, 4, 2.
The only thing I can think of is they will not be able to see their daddy again.
I am SO thankful this little girl will see hers, and I am pretty darn sure she will be watched like a hawk from now on.

Or death penalty. I haven’t decided yet whether it’s too severe or not in cases like this, but life imprisonment is definitely an appropriate option.

I imagine he's going to try and say I'm not guilty because I thought the little girl was lost or something, I was on my way to the police station, a phone to call 911, blah blah blah...that's the only defense I can think of. But we all know what his intentions were, if u find a child alone on a street, you stay there, then call 911. If u don't have a phone, u knock on doors until u find one, or the parents.
Actually in an arraignment hearing for felonies judges don't accept guilty pleas. In most jurisdictions the plea is automatic. Where I live it's illegal for a judge to accept a guilty plea for a felony at an arraignment. So he couldn't plead guilty if he wanted to.

thats just a standard practice because if they just submit a guilty plea they wont have any way to get a sentence more in their favor. His lawyers will likely drag it on and then theyll come to a deal so the girl doesnt have to testify and hell accept a guilty please for a set period of time.

Attorneys ALWAYS instruct their clients to plead "not guilty." It doesn't mean the perp considers himself not guilty, but it allows for plea bargains and other finagling in court. (Furthermore, a "guilty" plea means it doesn't go to court and lawyers don't get paid.)

The most terrifying part about this is that most horrific crimes like he was planning end in murder within 24 hours up to 3 days at longest after the kidnapping and if the neighbor had not caught this happening she most likely would have been a tragic statistic..I'm soooooo happy that she was found so fast and I pray she is able to get past this somehow ❣️❣️
