I am getting birdnesting over and over again over the seam of a structured hat. I have watched all your videos and make every adjustment…. It is still happening. Any thoughts for when the nesting is ONLY happening on a seam? We have even “broken down” the hats to get them as flat as possible. The nest is happening over and under the needle plate.
It's so weird I get bird nesting on just one letter when I am working on a certain design. I pull back on the density (on wilcom) but it still happens. I thinking that the letter is too thin. I don't know. I totally wanna give up.

Bobbin to loose can't cause Bird nesting at all. The only thing it can cause is bobbin thread to show on the fabric. Only when the bobbin thread is tight can cause it.1:42
I have had my machine for two months haven’t made not one item besides making it on my brother due to bird nesting and all they want to do is send you videos on what to do, first off yall need to add in training to do the I test which we didn’t do so of course I sat in training for two hours and something and had to reschedule it, did the training had to call in a few more times for the same issue and still no resolutions, my best bet is to send this big piece of expensive junk right back to them!!!!

I got it as soon as I oiled my bobbin case. 🥺 Normally not a problem so I was surprised.

Hi Melissa! We are so sorry to hear this. Have you submitting a ticket with our service team?
I get nesting under my hoop, I am using a magnetic hoop and I find it hard to get a tight hooping.
Hi there! Please send a service request through our online ticketing system and someone will be happy to help! > ricoma.com/US/support
I was thought that using canned air is a big no no. It causes moisture and worse issues.
Thanks for your feedback.

Try getting the digitizing checked, that can happen where the problem is in the digitizing
@@chrism5281 how do you check the digitizing?
