Hi so the otto cast arrived. Headset paired to bike, phone paired to bike. All works as it should. Connect Ottocast to iPhone CarPlay works. All sounds (music, BBC sounds, Audio books, messages etc) all go to the headset and play fine. However ANY map application insists on playing the turn by turn nav instruction directly out of the Ottocast! Any ideas? Cheers!
Unfortunately that is the difference between the C5 and the C5 SE (mine is the C5 SE). Has your headset got a second Bluetooth channel (GPS pairing). If so try pairing that to the Ottocast btemit. Failing that, pair headset and phone to the ottocast and omit the bike. Otherwise you’ll probably end up with Bluetooth conflict. The headset I’m using is the Packtalk Edge.
I installed a similar car play in my tiger 900, but the comunication between two comunicators not worked. Can you tell me if both comunicators can be work well for music and comunicate?

It’s the design that’s more modern looking. This unit actually has less features than the C5 lite. It’s also a single unit where the C5 is removable from its cradle
