    The bag weight of 150 lbs provides the resistance; thus it will feel real...the combos would be great practice for me, along with kicks. Thanks

    Thanks for the great lessons. If possible can you continue with heavy bag lessons. If you can produce lessons on footwork and head movement on the heavy bag that would be great.

      @@AhmedShraim Oh, you're very welcome. So far, what you're posting has been very helpful. I think the heavy bag lessons are great and more of them would be great too. I also watched a video in which you gave pointers as to how to use the speed bag. I found that very helpful. Great stuff!

    Hello Sir
    As always your vids are so informative. Thank you for your tips and training advise on the heavy bag. I have to start doing more heavy bag work as I have the speed bag, so that i have a complete routine workout.
    I've always had questions about specific techniques to work on the heavy bag, besides just punching it. (You have answered these)
    I'm looking forward to your next video on the heavy bag.

      Thank you Dynamite, and Yes I noticed that in the last couple of videos about the mic. Must be the location of mic. Will find a solution.

    How heavy are those bags?

  • @levarwilliams6448
    @levarwilliams6448 2 года назад

    So I weight 180lbs I bought a 70lb bag should it improves my punching power just like a 100lb bag

    • @AhmedShraim
      @AhmedShraim  2 года назад

      I am afraid without someone holding that bag in place while you work it, isn't going to improve your punching power.

    Hi, could you please tell me what is the distance between two heavy bags hanging in a row in your gym? Thank you.

    • @AhmedShraim
      @AhmedShraim  3 года назад +1

      It is four feet. However I would recommend a wider distance if you are planning to hang multiple bags next to each other. It can get a little crowded.
