A lot of work as gone into this train ride and i myself would have loved going through this as an adult or during my childhood, there’s something to be had for both. I really don’t understand the criticism, have people gone salty to that extent? 20 dollars isn’t much seeing how long it takes to finish the whole ride and, as i said before, all the work it took. Negative people should go out more and enjoy life. 🙋🏻♂️🤟🏻
You can tell the people responsible for this were passionate about it. I mean a 20 minute ride with as much ground they cover with no lapses between scenes yet. Thank you for sharing this!! It's nice to see others that love Halloween as much as I do. 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
I think that this is actually really cool. It might be a little expensive but honestly with the amount of work that was obviously put into it, I think it's worth it.
I've watched this a bunch of times since it was first posted - The amount of detail into each scene is pretty fantastic. I mean having to wire electric, lights, sound, and video in an outside environment, to code, is pretty monumental.
I love outdoor attractions and some of the models and sets are quite impressive. I think the teddy bear with the voice of a man is actually the creepiest one.
@@GMoney-B Perhaps. As I'm not a father and have no interest in being one, I would hate this. However, I'm sure families would enjoy this as you said because it's not super scary but definitely festive.
This is so cool, quite a labor of love, you can tell. Charming and "spooky" in a family friendly but nostalgic and enjoyable way for adults who love Halloween. The website hasn't been updated in two years, it's very sad that they may not have brought it back after the pandemic :(
LOL THE MINECRAFT SPIDER SOUND EFFECTS I'd definitely enjoy riding this if nothing else because it would let me sit down for a while after walking around all day with my kids.
Now THIS is what Halloween should have been! All the best themes of Halloween in one ride! No need for blood nor gore. SCREW IT! This is a perfect mixture of Family fun and Macabre Spookiness! Why all the Haunted Attractions in the world be like this??? :) Great Video!
0:23 this is the tiny train ride that only kids can ride in the st. louis city museum (i remember riding that when younger and could fit into the train seat)
Might seem steep, but just think of the maintenance costs for what looks like 20 trains to be running all night, plus replacement of parts of show Elements, electricity for a million items, staffing of the entire attraction, taxes yadda yadda yadda. Looks like fun every once in awhile! :)
I literally smiled all through this video. ❤️❤️Wonderful!! Lots of love and hard work went into making this awesome ride. Would love to ride it one day!!
It's quite a ride. 20 min long. That's great. It's not over as soon as you get on! But.. looks like one of the passengers brought along a flashlight. :::major eye roll::::
Ah, the L.A. Steamers Railroad Museum! I went there when I had a kid, back in Girl Scouts. A friend of mine rode this Halloween Train Ride with her boyfriend, she told me “Pre-order your ticket online, and get there early. Otherwise you won’t get any parking and you’ll still be forced to wait in the same line behind people who are trying to buy their tickets at the gate.”
That tunnel about ten minutes in that’s illuminated on the walls looks like the gateway to an alternative dimension! Even more unusual to have a ghost train that looks like a train and is out in the open and not like those we have over here in the UK - little carts that look like steam engines that can only accommodate two people at most - they push their way through double doors and there’s all lights and spiders and Frankenstein monsters and skeletons and skulls and vampires and werewolves and bends all over the place - then you eventually crash through more double doors and you’re safely back in reality again!
an alternative dimension where Alanis Morisette is the President, REM is on the radio still, and Stone Temple Pilots just got done with their twenty year run.
Yeah, $20 seems a bit steep for not quite “Disney-level of scares”. Still, always great to have a Halloween attraction that’s appropriate for the kiddos.
I love this, not as a legitimately spooky experience, but as a fun, relaxing, Halloweeny train ride.
I was not expecting the Little Shop shoutout and it made me really happy

this is true, much shorter halloween attractions can cost $10-$15. This one was really long & had a lot of themes
I'm stunned people even complained! This is very beautiful for $20!
$1 per min of a ride is fair honestly, $20 would be absurd for a ride that’s 10 min or less
Negative people don't enjoy anything

The scariest part is being stuck on a ride with children for 20 minutes. I'd jump off the bridge to avoid that fate.
Lol. I think it would probably be fun with the kids. Made me laugh when some little girl did in the bug tunnel, “eeeeeewwww!!!!” Lol.
@@GMoney-B Perhaps. As I'm not a father and have no interest in being one, I would hate this. However, I'm sure families would enjoy this as you said because it's not super scary but definitely festive.
LOL, I think it’s funny. Of course families love theme parks but i’m sure even a fun day can get a little long with small kids😂
Best comment
Total nightmare!

Wow. That’s taken some work, time and dedication from all the volunteers there. Awesome!
14:43 Minecraft Spider Sound Effects
DadtheGamer01 I was wondering why that sounded so familiar!
LOL THE MINECRAFT SPIDER SOUND EFFECTS
I'd definitely enjoy riding this if nothing else because it would let me sit down for a while after walking around all day with my kids.
Very Cool, What a great Halloween Train Ride, The theming is fantastic
Now THIS is what Halloween should have been! All the best themes of Halloween in one ride! No need for blood nor gore. SCREW IT! This is a perfect mixture of Family fun and Macabre Spookiness! Why all the Haunted Attractions in the world be like this??? :) Great Video!
I completely agree
The "He's alive!" was taken straight from Young Frankenstein. This ride is a copyright lawsuit nightmare 😂
Dang I’m impressed this ride changes it up every year amazing.
7:05 Hol up.....
..... is that the big thunder mountain train sound effect?
La Luz Extinguido maybe it was the wheels screeching on the rails
IT IS
Thank you as Always SoCal 360! You guys are awesome! 🎃👽👻🤡🎃🤕😎🚝🎢
Whoa !!! That is just so brilliantly done; the dedication and inventiveness are stupendous !
Why does that look like a great place for Lazer tag
14:43 They used minecraft spider sounds 🤣
ikr lol
Lmao
0:23 this is the tiny train ride that only kids can ride in the st. louis city museum (i remember riding that when younger and could fit into the train seat)
Actually this is at Griffith Park.
20$ each for the ride ??? OO"
THAT is SCARY!
Expensive to build and maintain. Long ride through cool expensive scenery. I'd do it.
Might seem steep, but just think of the maintenance costs for what looks like 20 trains to be running all night, plus replacement of parts of show Elements, electricity for a million items, staffing of the entire attraction, taxes yadda yadda yadda. Looks like fun every once in awhile! :)
$1/min.
High rollers only, keep out the riff-raff. Seriously though, you and your soft hands don't know what goes into these things.
not much different than a haunted house/ haunted trail.
My sciatica is screaming at me watching this. I really would enjoy it, though...once the pain meds kick in.
Yowuch, I just saw the "seats".
I have a trapped nerve but I sit down all day
"Hey, honey? You know all of that stupid crap we have left over from the past 14 halloweens? Well I just had a great idea..."
I literally smiled all through this video. ❤️❤️Wonderful!! Lots of love and hard work went into making this awesome ride. Would love to ride it one day!!
I feel like my back would end up hurting sitting like that on this ride
I agree.....wonder if they can add a bar so people can rest their backs
They sure did put a lot of work into that.... One of my favorites was the skeleton of Andy Williams in the privy.
Why did I hear that little girl say "Where?? Oh, Sorry Mommy" like 5 times? In the exact same way. That's the most spooky thing of it all
Tbh with how long it must have taken to put together and given its length, this ride is very well put together
Now that's a Halloween ride! Great scenes
I Totally Love Halloween!☠️👻🎃❤️
What an epic Halloween ride. Damn, I would be most freaked out by how long it's taking. The never-ending train of fright.
5:36 EA Headquarters right there.
Wow! At 15:54, there is actually a full moon out this night. Well, that certainly sets the theme!
Amazing ride. Thank you for the upload.
So many talented people in the making of this ride.
Much respect.
This is a wonderful ride!! Thank you for sharing : )
A well themed experience
Thanks for posting! Really like being there...good stuff!
I like how it does a lot with a little
i’m so ready for halloween
This is perfect ghose train fun and family friendly, whismy and wonder, very fun!
That was awesome! Very well done!
Shame they stopped doing this in 2018.
Amazing! They did a fantastic job.
Wow looks a impressive ride very well put together...
It's quite a ride. 20 min long. That's great. It's not over as soon as you get on! But.. looks like one of the passengers brought along a flashlight. :::major eye roll::::
I think that's an attendant looking out for people. Notice she is sitting backwards. Every so often I think she says "hands in please...thank you!"
How absolutely cool is that :-)
Amazing what a lot of work went in to building this stuff around the track. I know it's for the kiddies, but it has a very nice atmosphere
The Ghost train is raiding Area 51! 3:17
Ich wüsste gerne wo sich diese Bahn befindet habe so eine noch nie gesehen. Super toll
I love the idea of a 20 minute long ride, wish Disneyland would steal a page from that book.
This suer looks brilliant I love owt like this
I love how for the spider section they just looped Minecraft spider sounds
12:28 whats the name of that music?
Has a fun spirit to it

I love how u thru the Frankenstein again lol
Nice long ride
3:21 This is what we will find when we raid Area 51
Love it
No Derren Brown or VR? This is amazing!
So disappointed that it never returned after the plague hit. I was really wanting to go to L.A. to ride this one day.
I like it.
14:45 only the real ones know
I laughed... and then I slept through the night to make them go away.. ;-)
They have Gene Wilder screaming its alive!! I love it❤❤❤❤❤❤
Fantastic!
Oh thank you the great pumpkin!
EXCITED ME!!
Unparalleled shroom opportunity.

I just can't get over how smol the train is XD
Where is this ride
Yeah, $20 seems a bit steep for not quite “Disney-level of scares”. Still, always great to have a Halloween attraction that’s appropriate for the kiddos.
Is there anything else to do/see other than the train ride?
“MoM LoOk ItS BiLlIE eILIsH” i’m never having kids
Me neither. I have enough problems embarrassing myself than having to worry about the dumb crap some narcissist kid will say.
Very very cool, where is this place?
🦇🎃HAPPY HALLOWEEN !!!!!🎃🦇, and the ghost train is a special treat for Halloween 2020, thank you,😀 👻🚂🚌🚌🚌🍫🍬
The ride was cute! But the clowns part-
Grownup haunted attractions don’t scary me at all anyway, so I really like this even though it’s not spooky
is this every year attraction or once a year
This is an every year attraction.
7:54 Cute!!
Indeed. I would love to unroll a sleeping bag in front of that tiny town and have a nap.
The scariest part is where the train stops in the middle of the track
Epic!
Well that’s a prefect response 18:00
Not bad for a $1 a minute. Just kidding. I'm definitely visiting next Halloween and do the Universal the next day.
$10.00/minute
It’s from Booba Halloween adventure 79
hey jw what kind of camera are you using to get such great shots at night?
Were is this at
Wow, now that was a long ride. Is it $20 to get on it, or to get into the park area.
(not that i'm going to LA or anything. lol)
20$ per ride?? Hell naw!!
Look at the amount of work that went into it, also it lasts for a v. Long time, worth it.
Where is this?
13:42 that's the theme music to Stargate Atlantis lol
Aaaah come on guys, this is a cute ride. It's more for the little ones. And hey, a real Tesla coil.
Where is this located ?
forgot how beautiful Ca can be. lol
if they had scare actors, this could be so creepy. but they'd probably need seat-belts then.
Price seems fairly steep for 20 minutes no?
Please, where is this attraction?
They could have done so much more with live actors it would have been epic with all of that theming....
lmao is that billie eilish
