There are groups that dedicate time to upkeep and maintain these abandoned cabins. Those of us that stop by to visit…leave it cleaner than we found it by picking up trash and making sure things are in their place. This is the like the 5th abandoned cabin that I’ve been to and they are awesome to spend the night there.
We gave up looking for the entrance to the mine. We were running late and we didn’t know exactly where to look. So, we headed back without entering the actual mine.
