    You Two are great!!! Both of you have educated me massively! I’ve been on carnivore for 6 months, lost 50 lbs, and for the last 4 months, seem to have arrested my AFib episodes. Thanks you!!!

    . Whole cream and hard cheese works fine for me. Chaffee MAY be theoretically correct, but I believe that Dairy including hard cheese and full fat cream makes an otherwise carnivore diet more palatable for many. I also wonder if excluding dairy in favor of Chaffee's regimen reaches the stage of diminishing returns?? I am a retired physician and I have reversed my diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia in 24 months on a ketogenic diet that includes beef or pork or fish everyday of which 85/15 grass-fed gound beef is the preponderant component. And of course, I lost 25 pounds and now weigh 160 pounds. I am a retired physician. I wish Chaffee would at least stress that any ketogenic diet is a huge improvement on the Standard American Diet and in many can eliminate every aspect of Metabolic Syndrome!

    We are all essentially laboratories of one. A strict carnivore diet may be appropriate or even necessary for Dr. Chaffee. That does NOT mean that all people have to be strict carnivores to become metabolically healthy. I like Georgia Ede's approach which admits that one needs make only the dietary changes for an individual that make that individual metabolically healthy.

      Georgia Edes is here at LowCarbUSA. We’ll see if we can interview her.

    Fermentation of milk, like yogurt and kefir take out most of the lactose, which seems to be the problematic component.

    Hi. Good video but I couldn’t hear most of the second half as Chafee’s voice got too lowered and the others in the room were too loud.

    What about kefir?

    • @PrevMedHealth
      @PrevMedHealth  26 дней назад +2

      That is a great question. Kefir is about 99% lactose-free. But it’s got casein.

      Kefir made my gastric system so much better. When I finish a bottle I buy a different brand and rotate through four different brands. Also eat Kraut, Kimchi, fermented pickles & fermented goat & sheep cheese but experienced a marked gain with kefir.

      @@aliciastanley5582 I agree with you. The benefits got even better for me when I got my own grains and make homemade every day. Super easy and cheaper
