There are so many cute clips of Murphy and Oslen I thought it's from some romantic movie, so I came here searching for the movie trailer. And I am happy it's not a romantic movie.
I dislike how this movie paints a picture of a society where non-believers of Magic are the anomaly. Or maybe that's what I was supposed to like about this movie, was the director being tricky in turning the norm insideout? Regardless, it kinda annoyed me. Magicians annoy me too.
I was totally confused about the end of this movie. ..although it was good , the alien actress was fantastic and cillian murphy too. Robert De Niro was notthing much to act..
I've watched many movies that many deemed bad and I still thought it was good. But THIS MOVIE, is the first ever movie for me that I actually agreed with the majority and thought it was horrible. The ending came so abrupt, jumping to conclusions without much explanation, making viewers hard to follow what is really happening. The concept is actually a very good one, about busting fakes deeming themselves possessing special abilities. But the execution really just killed it. Waste of a concept and story.

Predictable..that's funny. The end was terrible. The whole movie shows how the whole paranormal scene is just magicians, frauds and gullible people...and then that stupid, silly ending. Fitting for something like the X-files but totally wrong for this story. But Sigourney was great as ever.
