Evangelion is fantastic and the Eva design are some of my favorite. I got figures as soon as I could. Not these thougth but will probably buy more in the future.
Don't know anywhere else, I get all my stuff from HLJ, maybe eBay??? There's still another couple of Rebuild of Evangelion movies to get released. They'll most lightly do a re-issue then, so all I can say is keep an eye out.
I recall the TV series was great, but I have my doubts on the recent "movies"... It's been so long since I saw it originally, I wonder if I could spot the new scenes, and I'm not even sure I'd care to see a condensed version with so much material edited out to fit the duration of a theatrical release. So have you seen the new movie version yet?
Which one! LoL they've retold the ending a number of times. I'm getting the Tin Box collection next month; after a rewatch I'll do a review if no one else beats me to it.

I'm considering getting this for stop motion aniamtion purposes. Would people who have this figure recomend this is good to animate? basically looking for lots of movable joints and no loose joints. From what I saw here it looked pretty good.
@Wizartar Thanks for replying. I looked at your review for 067 and I prefer the look to that one personally. I haven't seen the Rebuilds yet but I do like the less bulkier look to the Eva figure. If I were to go for that one no rotating the hands unfortunately but I'm not sure if that'd be necessary in animating it. Have you got 100? If so, what are your thoughts?

Don't apologize. Evangelion, Evangelical, Televangelist... they all come from the same base word and are pronounced with a soft G. It is a correct pronunciation of the word and perfectly acceptable. I'm not sure of the pronunciation of the original Greek "euangelion", but I know what it says in the dictionary. These posters would have us believe that if the Brits say herb with the 'h' spoken, while the Yanks say it with the 'h' silent that only one is acceptable... when it means the same thing!
The figure looks nice but the paint and detail to the head is terrible. The paint looks really thick and the open jaw looks nothing like it does in the movie. But overall the figure still looks decent. I bought the Robot Spirits one instead, it's a tad better than this one. The toes are individually articulated and the head looks extremely accurate to the actual movie. The legs and torso can actually bend a lot farther. Nice Review.

I couldn't find any of this stuff until I started getting it off the web. Hobby Link Japan (hlj) is a good place.
Its a little under 4 inches tall. Both the snap kit or Chogokin are taller. This is more little a GI Joe type figure size, but a little bit taller.
