Very useful. My grandson had his driver regripped but because he is autistic he can see that it wasn't quite aligned properly. Whilst I could cut and remove, then regrip it for him I don't really want to waste a perfectly good quality grip. Very happy to see this and will try it to see if I can save and realign it. Did you use a coated metal hanger? Looks white in the video.
That one was coated yes, but I've done it with a standard metal coat hanger. I normally use a removal tool but those cost £30 ish or $30-$50
