Excellent communication and portrayal of where technology is at. The most striking observation was the demeanor and character of the participants in the event. Being at CES Las Vegas in its high points and lower points of the T-Shirt throwing Circus this massive marketplace is well organized, clean, seeking the betterment of all humanity. Still to see even a part of a show like this takes days and miles of walking. Perhaps soon those scooters will be little ride abouts that will return home after use. lol - fun things for the future.

I'm definitely attending a major Chinese trade fair in 2025. But if there are interesting shows coming at the end of 2024, I'd definitely try to fit it into my schedule, because it's worth it!

From the 1/2 hr stream, most interesting booth is the NEV boat. Think there is a market for these for the cottages, wonder what the range is. I mean one doesn't spoil the scenary with a loud motor. I gather they should be as quiet as a car. On a more somber note, the other interesting booth you show is the prosthetic, considering the amount of death and destruction "the Empire" has been exporting lately, hopefully in a few years, these places recover with an large enough economy and these companies advance in tech and cost savings that their products would help the many many victims get back some semblance of "normal" lives.
It takes 2 days to visit the entire Canton Fair, which can make your feet swollen. 😂 I have a few friends who decorate exhibition stands and they do a pretty good job.

I've been to some of Guangzhou local wholesale markets. Video recorded and saw lots of people from all over sourcing products to import back to their country. I bought a couple of sample products that I thought were unique.
China is well-deserved as the "world's factory". It contributes more than 30% to world economic growth every year. Great China and its smart and hard-working Chinese people deserve the respect of the people of the world.
Wow, the Canton Fair is definitely a great giant marketplace that facilitates global free trade!!! I didn't know why some developed countries do bad things on free trade.

I'm not surprised that China has become THE big player in development of semi and fully-autonomous prostheses. This is a MAJOR area of rehab. development.
From my experience as an end user of all this technology, there is some sort of language barrier problem going on. So let me explain: Most user interface displays I have seen on E-bikes and E-scooters have this problem that we can't actually see what is on the screen when the sun is too bright. On my current E-scooter the chinese engineers have misunderstood the "I can't see" problem and tried to solve the problem by making my user interface screen 10 inch big. But making the screen bigger didn't solve the problem. The problem is caused by the sunlight overpowering the weak light from the UI display.It's kind of ridiculous to realise some of these engineers don't experience life outside of a building, or that they don't actually use their own products in outdoor environment.
It’s amazing congratulations to organisers and government, but little disappointing because not many visitors for that massive fair , I think western negative propaganda about democracy it is affecting these kinds of events I think needs more diplomacy and counter propaganda. Best wishes

So many presenters speak English perfectly. Most Americans barely speak standardized English let alone a second or third language. I took Latin and German for 4 years, I am now a babbling idiot. I think the US should just be Gracious and learn to COOPERATE with the Chinese before we fall anymore behind on our technical and social skills.
