It’s actually a thing that orange cats are great! They usually are male for the most part too
I have an orange male cat and he is the best cat ever. He's brat every once in a while but this cat basically thinks its a dog.
My girlfriend's 3 cats were all absolute assholes when I first met her. I have scars from my first attempts at winning them over.
Weirdly, after 2 years of living together, those little assholes are now some of the sweetest little fuckers you could imagine, it's insane.
Amazing to me this RTAA has almost no cuts. This cat was fucking bad. No need for a cut to make emphasis on how bad he was. It was all about a straight shot. This was a fucked up cat. Fuck

Worst part is I believe most cats aren't born like that, it's a product of their previous environment. My family had three cats at different points. Two of them were wonderful loving companions. The last one, Ember, was a menace, hissing and scratching at anyone who got close with the exception of my sister (her owner) and oddly enough one of my friends. That last one was so odd because when he came over, I told my sister that Ember let him pet her, and there was a five second beat before she realized what I said, then gave a solid 'wait what' with a statement of disbelief. We tried being kind as you would with any other pet, but Ember wanted none of it.
We found out later why she hated everyone. My sister's trash ex husband abused the poor thing for at least a year straight before my sister moved in with him. The worst thing we found out was that his favorite method for disciplining the cat was throwing it in the toilet, slamming the lid down, and repeatedly flushing and banging on the lid. When we found that it, out response was only 'well no wonder it hated people, who does that?' Paraphrasing there because it was a lot angrier and disgusted.
On the one hand, I'm happy they didn't have to live with Shamus anymore, but on the other hand, I feel bad for whatever caused the cat to think violence was the question, response, and solution to everything.

It's true. And it's not just orange cats, Creamy cats are great
my aunt had a white cat called Casper who was exactly like that. I swear that cat was the fuckin devil reborn. One night it got out and when it came back one of its claws was hanging out from getting into a scrap with something apparently a lot fiercer than itself and it got an infection and i swear to god, that is to this day the only animal i have not cried over having to get put down. Even the vet we took him too said, only thing that can help is a 2x4

I dont get how people tell these stories and then go get another cat
I don't understand why these types of cats don't get put down. My own cat is snoring while cuddled up to my ass right now. If she would harass me even 1/10th of what this cat was doing I would put her down.
It's because for every Devil Cat, there are 200 other fur babies that need a good home. Those are some good odds there. Also not every Devil Cat is born that way. Sometimes they are made that way by bad owners.
