How did you find using the Rob Cosman dovetail method as opposed to the normal marking? Easier?
Absolutely! It's a game changer for me. It only works if you have the shoulder to register again the pin board though. That's what I was doing on the table saw. I would use a skew block plane, but I don't have one lol
On his last video, he just clamped a steel rule on the gauge line and registered off that.
Broccoli? Again?? I've tried that, and I don't get very good results. It's easy to be a little off and the joint is way too tight.
Umm yeah dubtail joint is good stuff. it's beautiful.
btw Mitsukawa's Saw? I couldn't use it well because it was very difficult to me, it was like a glass. I also have the same Azebiki! I like it, it is a good tool and strong and keen.
