It is not a good idea to prime the cartridge by pushing a syringe into the ink outlet, because when the sealing rubber is damaged by the syringe, it can cause catastrophic ink tsunami's inside the printer, because the cartridges are pressurized. There is a plug near the ink outlet port, which can be removed: suck the ink trough this priming hole and put the plug back and you are done

So as i understand it, epson have firmware that prevents use of after market inks? Have you worked around this?
can i use it for Epson sc P807?
