i think for a 190cc you need more fuel for this, from the noise the engine make, its leaning at peak rpm, a stiffer clutch springs, and a modified camshaft which has a high lift,, 190cc is a lot for a moped, ours aka underbone in asia which only has a 125cc can run up to 120kph bone stock or factory stock

if its carburated for a 190cc you need atleast 32mm carburetor, if Fuel injected a set of 160cc injectors with ECU to avoid detonation

@@401build one more question I feel dumb asking so wireing up lights with no battery how does that work it's a 125 on the ct90 basic setup just need to know where the white and yellow wires go

How has this engine been for you? I get 87 absolute flat out on my honda nice 175 with standard super head using 16 30 setup.looks sweet :-)

I have a Honda engine 150cc 59mm bore 56mm stroke and with a good gearing I have 149km/h top speed this anima 190cc it's more powerful...
Mine set at 30t / 17t @ 90/90 R17 tyre with ex5 class1 exhaust.. hit 102mph (165kmh @gps @NKVE hiway malaysia)

Literally first day out on my new bike guy didn't indicate and I went to go past him, it was a truck I'm lucky I'm alive. Lesson learnt.

4 gears on a 20hp engine sucks,
you cannot exploit the power at all 😂 you either get brisk acceleration with bad top end performance
or good top speed but with the expense of geriatric acceleration
Had installed one of these engine on a Honda Dream 100, it was phenomenal and scary AF hitting 150kph with drum brakes front and rear😂
