These interview/podcast series are dope
I appreciate that! I figure it could give people the opportunity to get to know what it’s like to actually do different jobs
The episode I was waiting on
The o341 81s platoon is the stone that keeps the 11s sharp.
Why? Because someone had to be the aggressor in training, and the mortar training range isn’t a place you want to train when we dropping rain.
Mortars are a vital piece of the combined arms dilemma
I wish the average American knew what these young men do and how complex it can be.
The amount of responsibility put on their shoulders for their age. Most ppl couldn’t grasp it
That’s one of the reasons I think these interviews are important
Excellent interview! Love to see junior officers getting involved and showing interest in junior Marines jobs/lives. Keep it up.
I think it’s extremely important for people to have a good understanding of what day to day life is like especially when considering joining
@@kagan.dunlap i was a 0341 when i was enlisted and an 0802 as an officer. so i even enjoyed it, remembering the days when i could still fit in my blues.

How do you feel about that?
Is it harder to deploy mortars on a deployment than in the fleet?
I would say no however that also depends on the type of deployment and location and for what purpose they’re being used
That is actually correct.
What is?

You basically guided him with his answers… 🤦🏽♂️
How do?
How so?
He explained the question, and then the response was just another description of the question.
But such is the Marine Corps, not often, Marines are allowed to answer a question with their own opinion and observation.
Like meritorious boards, you get asked a question by a superior and your response begins with repeating the question then the answer is a MCO, standard, regulation, but never from personal observation or personal opinion. Some get stuck in the game.
@@MrStaybrown yeah…that’s called interviewing someone. Lay off the crack pipe bro.
@nullnull7258 that's brainwashing.
Keep being a follower. Stay a do'r. We need strong backs and weak minds.
