Scenes taken from the film "AMERICAN SNIPER". Warner Bros ©.
From director Clint Eastwood comes “American Sniper,” starring Bradley Cooper as Chris Kyle, the most lethal sniper in U.S. military history. But there was much more to him than his skill as a sharpshooter. U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle is sent to Iraq with only one mission: to protect his brothers-in-arms. His pinpoint accuracy saves countless lives on the battlefield and, as stories of his courageous exploits spread, he earns the nickname “Legend.” However, his reputation is also growing behind enemy lines, putting a price on his head and making him a prime target of insurgents. He is also facing a different kind of battle on the home front: striving to be a good husband and father from halfway around the world. Despite the danger, as well as the toll on his family at home, Chris serves through four harrowing tours of duty in Iraq, personifying the SEAL creed to “leave no man behind.” But upon returning to his wife, Taya Renae Kyle (Sienna Miller), and kids, Chris finds that it is the war he can’t leave behind. Starring: Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller, Jake McDorman, Luke Grimes, Navid Negahban and Keir O’Donnell.

Awesome video just like your lone survivor video top notch
Is this Mike Deluca that just had back surgery last week?
He was waving for the troops to go ahead… not at the overwatch.
@@benburra6655 what 😂?
It's a movie, my guy. Surprisingly enough, movies get things wrong
@@tiborhorvath1702he absolutely did not lol
See that, battlefield guys? There's only ONE RECON for 1000s of assaults. Not an entire team of recons camping while the team is losing the fucking base.
Same with Saving Private Ryan
Loll
+Phellipe Diaz Very well said! My head could explode when the enemy has all the bases, and I see that 9 out of 16 players in my team are sniping.
+Phellipe Diaz lmao thats a good point. only the recon aka snipers should be camping because thats thier job. nobody else!!!
+Clark Kent Added to the fact that sniper rifle bullets travel so slowly in Battlefield, that only the best snipers should be playing overwatch.

One thing I could never stand about this scene is that he waves towards their overwatch. Like bruh
e cop what’s wrong with that it’s a thank you to the sniper
DARK SHADOW your giving him away, kinda telling everyone where he’s at
Wave to the chopper as it flies away, not to the sniper who’s still in the streets and who’s effectiveness and safety depend on staying hidden
@@derpwon597 exactly
Mitthu Singh nah the point probably doesn’t know where the overwatch is at and you see the overwatch knows where they are at so he just waves behind him
Love how at 1:36 there's a Humvee right behind them with a bloody .50 yet they decide to form a line and block its line of sight instead of keeping the road clear for it.
Makes no sense lol
the film is awful thats why. only patriotic yanks like it as its a nice distraction to the war crimes their people committed during that conflict. chris kyle massively exaggerated most of his stories as well. he was a bit of a tool
@@benhoshinji fuckin A right
@@benhoshinji he still killed a lot of terrorists.
@@kilakr13 lol shut up
Nothing is more miserable to deal with in an urban environment than a sniper. They hide deep in tall buildings or on roof tops where they have cover, concealment and a million escape routes. On long shots the sound of a shot is too diffuse to pin point and on closer shots the sound bounces off buildings so you are equally screwed. Counter-Sniper work is not how I'd like to spend my day as an infantryman. Glad I was a tanker. Best anti-sniper rifle in the world is a 120mm cannon.

+Waltham1892 I myself sir was also 19 Kilo. Sabot saves the day!
Chef Tyler Marsh 19K's Rule! HEAT for snipers though.
They aren't good enough to merit a Sabot.
+Waltham1892 Ex 19D here. Man I appreciated having you guys around. Haji didn't want to do shit when the Abrams were around.
@1:15 I like how he turns around and salutes to the sniper, therefore exposing his position, typical hollywood action movie...
What happened to eastwood?
fuak you
it's stay a movie guy
Does anyone here know how to spell?
He made salute in general direction. He could hardly pinpoint his position more than it already had been by the shot taken.
If you are sniper of the opposing force on the opposing side of the frontline and you can find sniper from the salute of the man turned towards you by his back, sniper than can be hundred(s) meters backwards - than their sniper is a dead man anyway as you are ungodly being
If they made this movie 100% realistic which is actually impossible, this movie would be extremely hard for the average viewer to understand and probably impossible to understand everything. Honestly, criticizing Hollywood is kinda pointless because what we’re they supposed to do in that scene? Should they have left out the part where he saluted to Chris and just leave the person who took the shot unknown? We all know it’s for Hollywood. And unrealistic gestures, gun sounds, music, and combat scenes have to be added in order to captivate and keep the attention of the viewer.
It's amazing how they just recorded detroit for half this movie

I Love Clint Eastwood

uhm the movie in regards to being war themed was shit
stop cussin.bruh
Beleth I do too, but none of these kills were his so much for having 300 confirmed
Maybe I guess but he wasn't far away. a city is rarely for then 300-400 yards distant. So use sub sonic ammo so less sound/punch
Assuming if the mil-hash marks are correct on the scope, and that the average human height is ~175 centimeters; the first shot on the guy planting the ied was taken at something like ~110 meters, second shot at the guy running down the alley was at something like 250-300 meters
Just in u r movies u r heroes
Keep telling yourself that.
the rule of engagement are fire some warning shots at a vehicle before direct fire

It's just sad that the same country he fought for is the same one who had him killed.
He was killed by a vet with PTSD.
what's the name of the music at the beginning
+ERc Pteco the name of the music is Sarin - Boris Nechljudov (the second part of the song, to be more precise). :)
Boris Nechljudov ok thanks
He destroys those bomber guys while the war destroys him.
I dont see how people said this was a pro-war movie. You can tell chris is bothered by his shots
It's not pro war, it's just telling a true story.
So many Marines and even many of Kyle's ex teammates have come forward to claim that there are a lot of mistruths about Kyle's claims and actions in combat. I never knew Kyle nor did I ever serve simultaneously in the same AO with him, so I don't know jack about what did or didn't happen or what he did or didn't do, but people coming out and contradicting a person's heroism is highly uncommon and it leaves a lot of room for suspicions. Entertaining movie though!
Jesse Ventura comes to mind 😂😂
@UC-4ottfC5XIe9WacPv44tFg
Check him out on Google
I believe he sued Chris Kyle‘s widow or estate for defamation of character which is funny because he has no character
Apparently a former Navy Seal and not to take anything from him but he is definitely a blowhard.
Jesse Ventura served our country and that is always worthy of respect
His conduct after his service not so much
@@toom8rs15 I didn't even know there was an issue with Kyle apparently lying about an encounter with Jesse Ventura until I looked it up just now. Looks like Mr. Ventura received a big settlement. I've been out of the loop of things for a while now. Thanks for making me aware though.
@@toom8rs15 Actually he didn't sue the widow or the estate, according to the settlement, he only sued the publishing company. If Mr. Ventura was indeed defamed as the courts ruled, than I can't blame him for suing anyone involved... still though, I don't personally know and never met either Jesse Ventura or Chris Kyle and I wasnt there for any of all this drama and I'm glad I wasn't. It looks like it was all a very indecorous, ugly affair!

Apparently, Taliban isn't really that impressed with Hollywood action flicks?
I m from iraq !!!! What you can see is that American troops used uranium and phosphorus and airplanes and killed many innocent people, and there are recorded confessions by the U.S. military that they killed women with no reason, not only for pleasure, but also for torturing women with the most heinous crimes of amusement.
