You can't make the move if she's treating you like you are her bowling buddy on the first date.
If she's allowing you to touch her and you the man are with her and she after going to 2 different bars with her and she never initiates the language of touch. She never in a soft feminine way touches your arm or leans into you at the bar or she never leans into your frame it's very hard to escalate affection with her.
Many women are assholes on dates and if she's not initiating touch communication it's psychologically and mentally a form of torment for a man to be in that date narrative. I call it being treated like you're her bowling buddy.

Okay John, that's all well and good, but here is a philosophical question for you; should you really make a move like a kiss for example, if you don't really love them? It seems to me like it's not right to kiss someone that you don't love since kisses are usually an expression of love but there could be something that I am missing
I've been off the market for a few years now, but in the days I was out there in the dating market, I never went for even so much as a kiss on the first date. I found it was a good differentiator when so many guys are clumsily trying to get her in bed. Going the complete opposite way left them wondering. I've never had any trouble getting a second date, so perhaps John's distinction is important. It is a good strategy if you are the kind of guy that they want to make a move on them right away.
