I will be honest, this seems a lot like the scene in TTTE Misty Island Rescue when Thomas is chasing Diesel for the logs he took because for one thing the locomotives are going at very high speeds and for another thing the class 08 seems to want to beat the locomotive behind it kind of like when Diesel sped up to try to evade Thomas in Misty Island Rescue not to mention things such as irl aerodynamics and the high coupling rod stress would significantly impact the possibility of a class 08 shunter doing 160 mph.
