This is my winch powered log Turner I built for my Woodland Mills HM 126 sawmill. It is run off of a 4500lb winch and trampoline springs. #woodlandmills#logturner
Great job nothing like making it easier very creative I have a woodland Mills hm 130 Max just went over 40 hours of use today it's a freeing liberating feeling making your own lumber keep up the great work
In a video u said that in a previous video u had the dimensions (measurements) for the log turner. I have asked before could u please post them, I can't find them anywhere. Thanks
Great thinking!! Im waiting for my mill now! Can't wait to build this! Thank you!

Holy crap, this is what every hobby sawyer has been looking for. Great ideas and engineering. Thank you for posting!!!!
No problem. I couldn’t find any up close videos of one so after I made mine I decided to make a close up look at it.

They are in the first minute of this video. That’s the only measurements I have right now until I can get back to my sawmill.
Awesome
Nice and easy . Thanks
Brilliant…
Excelent
Looks to me like it would just squeeze the log against the fence especially a small log. Would like to see it turn logs.
It actually does really good!

I have made a few small changes since this vid and works great!!
Did you ever do a video showing it all in action? Thanks!
Here is a short video of it in action but I have made a few changes on the teeth and it works great!

Do you sell plans for it?
I don’t. I’m sure the measurements would vary on different sawmills/frames. It’s not hard to build just a little trial and error.
