Those who work from home are lucky, people doing this is just dishonest and is what ruins it for those who have earned this privilege. We had someone actually get fired because they weren't working and tried to make it seem like they were at their computer. Proof is in your productivity plus teams has a way to monitor you in other areas. If you uploading stuff and don't want your computer to time out I would agree, but to get out of work. Your gonna get yourself fired.
Just use a paper clip to hold down the Shift key. smh
First of all, I complete my work in 4-5 hours so why do I have to sit all day long, secondly my organization's tool follows mouse cursor movement. 😑😑😑😑

No not all jobs , some jobs they only can see how long was the computer on and how long off during your work hours , and they can see what apps you used during that day, it’s rare to see companies with a system that monitors wants on the screen. I know the college had that where the teacher was able to view what we are doing from his computer at the college in class

Couldn't get it to work but also using a Logitech cordless mouse. All these vids use a corded mouse. Must be something to that.

Wouldn't just disabling hibernation with command prompt and editing the selected power plan in Windows to never sleep or turn off the screen be just as good? Sorry if I sound ignorant. This is all new to me.
