Nice buy, I had an 05 s40 t5 auto. Sunroof drain blocked, had to strip the whole interior, headlining sagged, fixed that when interior was out. (Both crap jobs) Alternator went, I removed, rebuilt and put back, fiddly job. Changed autobox fluid. Needed handbrake cables, none available, Volvo upgraded to the dog leg lever type, wanted me to buy everything. Sorted that with an engineer mate. Despite it being a 60th birthday present from my wife, I never loved it. I did everything well though.
