@@peterfoldvari1329 No, the guy tried to turn around to see what the dog was maniacally barking at, then accidentally fell and then the woman immediately starts hysterically screeching over and over again like an absolute banshee for no reason. Then he reacts thinking she's seeing something he's not and only says "What" _after_ her screaming. Then she acts incredulous as if she didn't do anything, and when he says "you scared me" she becomes petulant.
You can literally watch the clip again at 7:00 and confirm exactly what I just described.
If you watch videos like these, one of the most common tropes is women screaming at the top of their lungs for no reason and making the situation 10x worse because of it. It's literally a meme at this point.
Men and women both do their equal share of idiotic things. Pointing out one isn't an attempt to negate the other. The woman here was the one reacting disproportionately. The guy literally was just trying to figure out what, if anything, was going on, and simply fell on accident doing so.

@@peterfoldvari1329 You clearly didn't rewatch it. I gave you the exact time. All you had to do was click on it to watch what happens. I wrote my comment with the video up in another window to describe it exactly as it happens. And I'm doing the same now. You're verifiably wrong.
Dude was not "panicking out of his mind from the beginning". He simply woke up, turned to assess the situation, and then tried to get up, but fell and made a noise like anybody would. It was more of a slurred "whoah". Fail Army subtitles are notoriously inaccurate. Even if he did say "what" it doesn't matter.
Before he even gets back up, the woman is screaming her head off, which startles him, as it would anybody, and he turns around in shock to see what she's screaming at. He sees nothing, but she _continues to scream_ several more times like a maniac, then he turns to look out the window, finally realizing there's nothing.
Then he just looks at her dumbfounded, rightfully so, and she acts incredulous as if he's the one who was escalating the situation, then basically tried to blame him.
Watch the video again at half speed and read my description. I've literally watched it several times while writing this to make sure I described it _exactly_ as it happened. Your interpretation is objectively wrong.

My friend’s dog ran into her and knocked her down the stairs. She broke her neck (non-paralyzing), and promptly gave the dog to someone else to keep.
@@schumaje This was an unfortunate accident but certainly not the dog's intention. With a few exceptions, animals are not capable of viciousness and cruelty. If the same thing happened to a child, would they be sent to an orphanage?

Totally agree! I once got out of a much lighter car to help push it up a parking garage ramp it was unable to climb even after the other passengers had gotten out, but the driver and I failed to get the car up again and the space was so narrow I got stuck between the car and the wall. The situation turned from kind of funny to pretty scary in just a few seconds. Fortunately we quickly managed to get the car forward enough for me to squeeze myself out. It taught me to have more respect around cars of any size.
It's strange to see them fall so painfully, but they're still smiling so brightly.😂
I laugh at my own pain as well makes it easier to handle 😂

It's weird seeing so many people falling on ladders since I've worked about 5 years as a construction worker and can't remember seeing or hearing anyone falling on ladder and trust me I've seen some really fucking sketchy ladder setups
