But a have problems with the demo Mega Golf, the game doesn't work (I've put my Api key that works well in other project), when I play "start" appears "Loading course..." and nothings happens. I've trayed to debug the code, but I don't understand it. The scene understanding works great. Is there any place where explanin the code? Thanks.

Can you share the location you are at? Also you should be able to make it a terrain anchor so its snaps on the ground.
