For my university, for the dorm residence international students stay in international dorms only. I believe the only time you can live with local chinese students is if you are a part of a specific exchange program in which you will live with a chinese local but still in the international student dorm.
The prices for the courses depend on the school you apply to. Have a look at their website and they should show prices for the courses as well as the available room details

Nope. Very few bachelor’s students stay there but thats about it.
