Swati tirunal was such a great composer.He wrote 400 songs and there is depths of philosophy and aarthi in each song.I dont know how many times I listened to this song till now,simply cannot count. Yesudas sir has poured his heart out in this song..I guess each great artist has few signature songs,where they practically hold a wrench in their hands to squeeze out the listeners souls.I simply dont know what to say but I know if I see KJY sir in my life,I am gonna cry.

Very few compositions are made in the Raaga Charukesi and this one by Maharaja swathi Thirunal is superb. I still remember my mother singing this song quite often in my young age( I am now 73 Years young). Had he lived long some more Years, some more excellent compositions would have come to us.
