Got my 1st pair about 8 months ago. Lumity 90. The VA suggested these for me. Sure makes things clearer and sharper & crisp. I find myself switching them off and on with the App to hear the difference. That’s when I can tell I need them. 👍 Thanks for a good video!

Exxxaaacctly. Almost every RUclips channel does that and I have a lot of trouble hearing the words because the music seems to be louder than the words. But you would think if anyone on RUclips would eliminate the music it would be an audiologist. LOL.
Got my first hearing aids 24 hours ago, and I got the Phonak. Not sure whether it’s 70 or 90, but I am so happy that I can hear!!!!

Presenting the qualities of the devices, but without fear of pointing out defects or shortcomings, so that we can make a more informed choice.
For me, connectivity is very important, and that's why I just chose the Phonak Lumity 90, the RT model with telecoil.
I'm going to leave the oticon opn1 behind, because since I exchanged my iPhone for a Samsung S24, I've never been able to pair it again.

If the phonaks only had a better design...
I currently wear Oticon hearing aids. I’m on my second set that I received in Sep 2021. My original set from 2016 seemed to provide better speech clarity. My new ones seem more robust as the first set were very troublesome but speech clarity trumps all for me. What are your thoughts on Oticon.
We like Oticon! We work with every major hearing aid company, though, and feel most people can be successful with any of the major brands. Oticon is using a unique algorithm to process sounds in noise. They call it a "deep neural network" and it doesn't use directional microphones like other manufacturers. It's surprising, though, that you feel like your older hearing aids worked better. Maybe start by seeing your audiologist to make sure there's nothing wrong with the hearing aids and they're programmed correctly. If you're still struggling, you could try devices from Phonak or ReSound that use more traditional microphone directionally. Good luck!
Can I use my CROSS P to pair with my new L90 aide?
I have very narrow ear canals and can't get these in and have the smallest dome ever. Is there another device I can use to help me get them in. Please help thanks.
You may want to try the hearing aids without any domes at all. And based on your hearing loss, you could also try a smaller (lower power) receiver. Talk to your audiologist, though, they'll probably have some good ideas. Good luck!

I just received my Phonak Lumity 90 last month and my charging is case is big, twice the size of yours…
their charger is for only 1 type of lumity
There are actually a few different chargers. You should ask your audiologist about your oprions
How often does Phonak come out with a new product line?
Most hearing aid companies, including Phonak, come out with a new product every year or two. Hope that helps!

There are several different chargers that work with the Lumity. Some are better than others: some require being plugged in constantly while others have a battery in the charger that allow for on-the-go charging. If you don't like the charger you have, I suggest talking it over with your audiologist
