- In this episode of the Stoked Bloke Show Barton Lynch or BL as he is known and Peter PK King look at week 2 of the BL Blast Off Global Video Challenge, they look at Hawaii's Nathan Florence and France's Justine Dupont and their amazing performances to take both the surfer and rides of the year at the Big Wave Awards, they look at Olympic qualification from the ISA Pan American Games recently concluded in Chile and keep you up to date on the Winters action from the North Shore.

Talking Long Reef used to play golf money games there in early 70s. Had to focus on the greens not waves on those days. Majestic coastline there with Narrabeen, Dee Why down to Manly. Your home turf eh Lynchy👍

Please have him look up keto diet, carnviore diet and fasting. Library will have books and lots of doctors have channels about all including channels Dr Berg, Dr Eckberg, Dr mindy pelz, Dr ken berry, Dr Sean Omara, Dr chafee and also regular folks who have healed their bodies with these diet changes, lost weight, got off all rx drugs, etc including channels: Home stead how (he lost 100 pounds, got off all rx drugs etc), Dante carnivore freedom (something like that) he lost 90 pounds,

I used to own a Glenn Winton quad back when he first was riding them. Geez you look back and think about certain boards you wish you still had.
100% there are boards I look back on and wish I had like my very first thruster, Stuart Campbell design and miss that board, thanks for tuning in.

@@barton_lynch not as often as I used to he's living in Redhead last I heard handshaping and finishing his own boards and I live in Nelson Bay north of Newy but we did surf a lot together when we were young a couple of early trips to Narabeen for the early Pepsi pro junior dayz
