    Everyone gave stafford grief for throwing two long interceptions in the playoffs including that one in the super bowl, but those are 3rd and longs and would have been punts anyhow. It’s a smart risk/reward to let it fly in those situations.

    It's obvious that McVay has an admiration for Stafford personally and professional as well as an obvious connection with Simms. I think this is one of Chris Simms best moments in sports telecasting. He's himself, he's relaxed and he's asking very good questions. A very enjoyable interview for a Detroit Lions fan who is now also a Rams fan because of Stafford being there!

    I think Stafford has always been overlooked, and underrated. All the while performing at an elite level. It's awesome he made it out of Detroit.
    Otherwise we would have to watch another great athlete retire without a chance at the championship.
    Also this is his first year with McVay, and the Rams. Imagine how tough they will be next year😗

      I think Stafford might have the best season of his career next year. Of course we’ll have to see, but I’m hoping he’s realizing in the latter half of this season that he doesn’t have to make the same risky throws that he had to made in Detroit because he has a defense that can help him out in big moments now.

    • @jsbogen
      @jsbogen 2 года назад +7

      @@painandabel571 I completely agree. Now that he has the team around him, he is learning to play another down. This should translate to fewer interceptions next year. With 21 games in this offense and with these receivers, he will be better next year.

    You are a good coach made possible by the back line judge who the NFL gave the game ball away. Nothing you did in the game made you a head coach. The NFL made you look like a good head coach

      The refs missed plenty of calls all game. The bengals still had 1:30 left with 2 TOs and couldn’t get it a fg

      Take the face mask on Ramsey touchdown off the board and the Bengals get blown out. PAPER TIGERS LOL
