I'm going to make chocolate tofu mousse. with a little maple syrup with the blender. I have the recipe from a health food market that makes these. Also, going to re-watch your dressing videos to make my own.

If you are allergic to squash what vegetable can you substitute to replace the squash?
Anything you like, Cucumbers are similar to summer squash.
I thought you said 3/4 cup of rice vinegar but you have writen 1/3 cup of vinegar, which one is it?
