Wow!! That recipe looks incredible! I have never seen falafel made with dry raw chickpeas cooked only once. Very interesting idea. I would love that sandwich especially with the pickles! Yum!!!! Thank you for another impressive recipe!!!
I'd love to make this recipe. We're headed on vacation in a few days, and I don't think I'll have time to make it before we go... but it would be great to have it with us on our long flight. So maybe I'll make time. Now I'm off to look for a lid to use to form the falafel patty. I've recently discovered your channel. Thanks for the video.
You can eat raw chick peas. They're fabulous. Just soak overnight and rinse. They're like delicious little nonfat nuts. I add them to salads and have been for years. Exactly the same goes for black eyed peas.
You have buy oil-free lavash bread at most grocery stores. This brand is from Frys (Kroger), but I also find it at Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's.
Hi Leona. I have a Cuisinart Air Fryer (amzn.to/3W0hIqa). It has a special raised pan, so you don't have to flip your food. However, most air fryers require you to turn the falafel over to get it crispy on each side. If you cook them in the oven, you must flip them over halfway through cooking for the best results.
Kathy, I went to your website to get the recipe for the falafels but you never gave any measurements on there. You just listed the ingredients. I got everything ready and now I’m stumped as to the measurements.

Close...I'm originally from Michigan. Did you hear the accent? I didn't know I had one until I moved to Arizona.

Air fryer alafel
Love it! So good.
What does your air fryer look like? What brand? Do you have to turn food over in an air fryer?
