    Great advice man, i had been rucking for the last two months, recently for the first time I’ve had lower back issues, I also do strength training too, before I ever started to ruck. It’s two weeks now still have the pain. I missing not been able to ruck.
    Just wondering what you would suggest. I was walking but found I wasn’t burning the calories. Thanks in advance.

      I'm with you. Honestly, sometimes a session like that is the best thing for your physical performance and capacity.
