Thank you very much for your videos, this has been very interesting; I was wondering if you could do the same comparison but using the 1280x720p or 1366x768p resolution with the GTX 1050ti 4GB GDDR5, you have to understand that a lot of people have that kind of graphics but also monitors below 1080p and it would be nice to have an idea of what can be achieved by combining the GTX 1050ti/720p. Grettings from Mexico!.

An hour and 23 minutes worth of benchmarks for the 1050ti, i cannot imagine how grueling it must have been. If anything, i hope it makes people more aware that the 1050ti is strictly an esports card! Also, any chance on giving a similar treatment to the 1650 Super? I hear its still performing remarkable well given its age.

Grueling? It's still more powerful than a PS4 GPU at least. Learn how to optimize settings, use FSR, play older games. People are spoiled af these days. I have a 1650 Super and I have a lot of fun with it.

Yeah it 𝙬𝙖𝙨 a great card and i also enjoyed playing RDR2 myself with good fps and zero problems I'll tell you that, 𝙗𝙪𝙩,i like to play in full hd and no modern triple A games can run smoothly with this card anymore, so i switched to a Strix 3060ti oc (exactly, not a 4090..) and the world of videogames has started shining like never before. I mean, times change and miracles doesn't exist, you know...

My is a laptop. I just try Atomic heart on ultra at 1080p with zero problems. Running Dx11.

@@condorX2 it was inside an HP desktop with 16gb ram and i7 8700. I had fun playing different games with good results to be honest, but i had zero chances to play smoothly other games like Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Wildlands in full-hd 60fps so here comes the change.
@@YKXZWX I think the secret is capping the fps to 30 and changes some via Nvidia settings.
This allows me to play full HD for Cyberpunk. Check my latest upload to see the video.

i was unable to play at more than medium or low quality some of this games with my 1060, but once i change from an i7 7700 to an i7 12600k, oh boy, nos evertyhing at medium high at 60fps, i dont know of is the processor or the ddr 5 rams but i feel like i upgraded my gpu
I just retired my 1050ti and i5-6400 and updated whole pc with every component to RX 6650 XT and R5 5500 havent played any games but i can feel the difference a lot.
6650XT is a hell of a lot better than the 1050ti, hope you enjoy the upgrade 😃

Picking up a somewhat older PC tomorrow with a 1050 Ti, after several years being out of the loop computers- / games-wise, thought this would be a perfect sampler to see what I've missed and what's been created since I was away. After hearing people talk about a lot of these titles for years and finally sitting down to get a sense of what they're about, gotta say: ..huh?
Limitless human imagination setting out to make interactive worlds - the stuff of dreams - within the largest entertainment industry, where you're not shackled by the same time / story / production constraints as the film industry .. and this is what they come up with? *This?* At least in the Spider Man games the camera moves through a slightly different perspective .. at least that's _something._ 'Stray' was the only one that even mildly piqued my interest, because at least it wasn't some person (90% of the time some dude) racing or running around, exclusively wrecking shop.
I mean, you could play as a cloud, a shadow, a velvet glove, an eagle, a telepathic venus fly trap with legs for days and a filthy sense of humour, a trombone, the concept of time, a creature made of stone and ice, a goddamn glass of milk. But no: you're a person, in a car, or a person, with a weapon, and your goal is to make-race-car-go-vroom-vroom or just kill kill kill kill kill. And god forbid it's set anywhere but an earth-like realm, with land on bottom and sky above, and gravity doing what gravity always does here on our humble planet. Did we forget how to use our imaginations or something? Did someone make it illegal to dream bigger and I didn't get the memo? How can there be this much of a market for what is essentially copies of copies of copies of the exact same game?
I remember with Bioshock Infinite, while not ultimately very engaging, I was really proud of them for at least taking what felt like a big swing. Choose your own adventure with stakes that mattered to the plot? A city built in the sky? Yes please. Anything but the same-old by-the-book Action Film You Get To Play, Where You Squash All The Baddies In A Single Shot While Taking Multiple Hits Without A Scratch. Is this just a reflection of the taste of the times? Are people that insecure and dissatisfied with their lives that their ultimate escapist fantasy to live out in a video game - from a selection of virtually limitless possibilities - is a mostly-recognisable role where they get to crush and destroy and dominate everything and everyone around them? Jeepers, hope not.
Anyway, glad to know I don't really need to invest in a better graphics card for now. Glad and sad. Kinda bummed that I haven't missed much.

no, this is at native resolution thats why lower fps but when you put render resolution to "interlaced" it will run above 60fps & thats upscaling so !!

In read dead redemption 2, the cpu stay in 20% of usage, HOW???? i have a 2060 and a i5-10400f and cpu usage stay in 60/70% of usage
Because GTX 1050ti bottleneck i5-10400f but RTX 2060 is a perfect GPU to pair with this cpu, almost 0% bottleneck

air cooler is enough for 10th & 11th gen i5 but better add few more money n get an AIO
@@prasunsadhukhan go for something like the classic Hyper 212 or Vetroo V5 they are good cooler and cheap. I have an i5 11400 and i do not recommend the stock one i use it once with power limits remove and hit 92° in triple A games.

I was thinking about upgrading my 1050ti to a rtx3060 but this video convinced me that it’s not worth it. I don’t mind playing at low res or “low” fps (40-50fps). I’m currently playing Death Stranding and I’m having a really good experience.

Believe me my laptop has a 1650 it is basically the same 8 fps diff on demanding games
Daym re village difference is huge 1050 is getting avg 45 but 1650 gets well over 100 most of the time how 👀👀
RE Village has two rendering options,
1st is "native" & 2nd is "interlaced" if you use interlaced you will get 2x performance gain with few artifacts here & there but im using native resolution thats why fps is lower !!

Theres a HUGE difference between the 1050ti and 1050ti slim lol just realized
70%-90% more powerful GTX 1050 ti for Playstation 4
PS4 = something like an HD 7850....GTX 1050ti is 60% better than HD 7850/R7 265, BUT with 100% more Vram (2GB vs 4GB). Here the issue is that an Intel i5 10400/10400F/Ryzen 5 3600/3600X are MUCH more powerful than the processor of a PS4/XBO; In fact, in general terms, the i5 1400/1400F/R5 3600/3600X do not ask anything of the processors integrated into PS5/Xbox Series S/X.
Gtx 1050 makes me hate my life and what has happened innit that I’m stuck with this card lol
