    I have a similar car with a similar chip on the passenger side and some company also already attended to repair it without success and I was devastated, but this video gave me hope! Thank you very much Sir!

    ever try a hair dryer on inside of windshield to get resin thinner?

      no there is no need for that, they make resin thin enough to do repairs in the winter we just have to be patient and let the resin flow, people that use lighters and dryers to me, are just in too big of a hurry. I have never had to heat the resin or the glass to get good repairs even in the winter. One thing you can do is keep the resin in your jean pocket when it's really cold, but the issue there is that once the resin hits the tool and the windshield it will get just as cold again and still take just as long to flow. I would never do anything like heating the glass and taking a chance on damaging the laminate in the middle.
