The Christmas Village shops and markets of handcrafted goods and fun stuff to drink and to eat is a lot bigger 2019. There is a ice skating rink , ferris wheel, miniature train for children, a carrousel and a light show on city hall. The village runs 3 square blocks and some. You can get Christmas ornaments, hot and cold beverages, gingerbread and Italian specialities as well as German specialities. See Philly! It's decorated!

6:06 Pirker is the best gingerbread manufacturer throughout Austria I would say, very traditional. 6:33 The gingerbread house (Knusper|häuschen = Crunchy cottage) depicts the house of the witch in the famous fairy tale Hansel and Gretel.

Kastner (upper austria) makes the best gingerbread and it's the oldest manufacturer of austria
