Hi, I like your videos but be careful with cheap fish, the fish industry is quite bad you can see it on "seaspiracy" available in Netflix. Also for the paper you use to clean you can have tissu paper it's more eco-friendlyyy :D

I know right?! Once I started roasting broccoli it became my favorite vegetable
