Now I got, that why US doesn't have PIN on Credit cards. They are just too difficult to evolve ! Same old sign system for credit card & Paper voting in elections.
Probably more to remove any resistance so people use even more and consider that as a preferred way to pay.. which gives convenience value to consumer but helps visa/mastercard and sellers massively
is united states no liability comes if your credit card is misused. you dont have to pay a penny for that. But in india it is opposite. Thats why all Americans use credit card over debit card.

How to get rid of online transactional frauds and where to complaint for the same and what all steps one can take so that strict action should be taken on the companies who are not following RBI guidelines, As i have many times faced this issue and every one cannot go to consumer court sometimes for small transactions.

Does taking free credit card (no joining fees and no annual fees and no headache of fee waiver) and not using it impacts the credit score positively or negatively or no impact at all ?

On taking a credit card, your score initially might reduce by a few points.
But if you use it and don't miss out on payments your credit score increases.
If you don't use it at all, your credit score is unaffected.
