  • A group of animals hooks up a power grid to the socket-shaped snout of one big, sleeping pig. The animals use the pig’s energy for simple things at first, but soon they render themselves dependent on a city where every single thing - the useful and the useless - is automated...
‘Pig’ is an 8-minute short film that comments on the climate crisis with a seriously funny tone. A tragicomic, absurd fable that summarizes a complex side of humanity, in a playful style reminiscent of children's books.
This animated short film was nominated in the following festivals:
    -Clermont-Ferrand 2023
    -Europe on Screen 2023

Aren't we all indeed hooked on electricity pretty much 24/7? And wouldn't an Armageddon ensue if the current suddenly stops? Genius short.

Must pay the electricity gods with our current sea, (currency), or we won't be able to watch TeeVee.

Fun movie. The animation was very cute, and I love impossible multi-level vertical cities.

The originality makes it really enjoyable. Specially how it has a convincing animal version of daily human activities

The "elephant in the room" is that human overconsumption of everything is ultimately leading to the end of our current version of human civilization. Hmm...what to do?

Tell ya 2d animations have far more creative minds behind their work, than 3d which are so influenced by the big wig studios.

To me that short is an amazing and outstanding art work! So many gorgeous ideas, just to name two: not only the heater but a cooler in the restaurant, trying to stuff of all things a goose into the pig... and so many more. Such an intelligent, critical film, impressive pictures and in addition to all the irony: that music. I need to share that 💪 and watch it several times again. I am really impressed.
