    I really enjoyed your comments on pushing through feeling pretty laggy through warmups into a more fiery session. Just bc we don't feel our freshest doesn't mean we have the throw the whole sesh away!

    Great session! Your gym looks very nice, the walls seem pretty high or is that just the camera angle? :)

      thank you! They're fairly tall! I think between 15-18 feet
