Your designs are gorgeous, as always...just an idea for the sled.....Hang a pair of old ice skates from the top of the sled...i did that with my sled..i have a set of old skis and poles and put together a vignette on my shed porch..the skates were my mother in laws who is gone now, the sled was used by my husband, his brothers and my son and the skis were my 1st set..lots of memories and it looks great

For the sled, I would add a stripe down an entire slat, down the center or next to the center---maybe black. And possibly another next to the black slat, but with a small space between the two stripes so the wood shows a bit. I would make this 2nd stripe red and skinnier than the black one. Makes it look more vintage, but still modern. A leather strap hanging over the top would add some warmth, like a strap to pull the sled.Or you can use a thick ribbon.
A large burlap bow with vintage looking jingle bells on the sleigh. And you can diy the bells rusty. Or Walmart has some big rusty looking bells this year.
I think the block stack may be for a craft making; the bottom all four sides with different elves boots, the middle four types of jackets and the top their faces and caps. then turn the blocks to mix up the look of each. can also be snowmen, Santas, etc.
