    Great video!!! My 1999 civic just failed PA State inspection due rotted rear bumper. I think I’m gonna try to attempt this myself. Thanks!!!!

    Just bought a 2000 si. Looked underneath it and this piece on my car has nearly evaporated, assuming just snow rust... But that was really the only component on the undercarriage which was that rusted.

      Ha I think all the chinesium ordered parts are all about as good as Dorman.

    hey mike! I remember looking at a civic for a buyer...the rear bumper was rusted out! among other things I pointed out, I thought the seller was going to slam me in the driveway!!! the thing is if they were hit from the rear, theres nothing there... and people are in the back seat??

      And sad part is the chinesium bumper i ordered is probably not as strong as this rusted one!

    That was too easy. You should've tack welded it first. LOL
