When running these engines with the air cleaner removed, reinstall the air cleaner stud because the engine will run rich without it. The engine sounds pretty good Greg!
It's not a bad running engine for where it came from. I'm planning on doing a part two on it to see about getting it running alittle.bit better. I've tried the air cleaner screw on other engines and it really never seems to make a nickels worth of difference for me. Hopefully once it has anew muffler and the carb gone through it'll run like a new one again. Time will tell. Thank you for watching. God bless
That mower you're fixing up is a Wheeler Gran Prix they no longer make anymore. My grandmother use to have a red one that has a 5 hp Briggs and Stratton Quantum 35 along time ago.

It's alive Greg and sounds promising too.. Maybe a carb refresh and a fresh plug will make it run even better.. I've just spent many hours rebuilding a Husqvarna K77O concrete saw for a local tradesman.. Main bearings & top end too, filthy things to work on..

Yeah we were in bad accidents too 2001 I was the airbag didn't go off in my Ford Focus and when he hit me from behind can I hit the telephone pole I didn't hit the deploy the button behind the license plate so my head bounce back and forth and I blew out the two discs in my neck will I put a plate in two screws they took the disc out of my neck two of them when we were moving down here and we want to make a left hand turn and somebody T-boned us in our brand new Jeep flip it like a pancake so we moved out of Buffalo New York to Pennsylvania and knock on wood we haven't had any accidents now that's. awesome you save an lawn mower THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY

What you have to do, is to put the screw in to the carb, when trying to run it. You have a nice size hole which can affect the running of the engine.
