So I believe all of this applies to me. I'm a single dad. I went to my kids' school to have lunch with my daughter. When I came out, the secretary had my old mugshot maximized on the screen. I just happened to look inside the office on my way out. The principal & ISD asked her why. Her only explanation was "I was being nosey "
They said she wanted to apologize & they said they'll "retrain her"

I'm facing all these I was wrongfully convicted of a crime that involved the other party to make false statements about me "scaring them" they won't admit fault for the car accident they caused so they lied to the police showing half the video. I have been anxious, traumatized and frustrated in which it caused me to contemplate my life and the decisions I made. I was sideswaped and had near death experience, to watch this it has actually helped me build a case against the other party.

My quick situation...My neighbor above me, in a senior apartment..knowingly and willing..on a daily ...for going on four years ..has intentionally and statically prevented my rest and normal peace. Causing me to not get sleep on a daily basis . The result is that I have developed very high blood pressure according to my physician. Also..the apartment directors and manager Refuse to do anything ..told me to wear earplugs....use a white noise machine..call the police..or move.

I enjoyed your video. I am a teacher 1 year from retirement. My son went thru divorce. During divorce process, someone in the wife's deeply evil family (likely her new boyfriend) abused the child and said my son did it. Went thru that process, son didn't see his child for 2 months. Now she has filed another false report against me (the grandfather) and is not allowing me to see the child for 2 months while child services looks into it. She is not following (again) the courts mandated visitation schedule for my son and is causing the child great emotional distress. I also have distress, bad dreams - when this blows over I may not want to touch or be around my grand daughter as much because of the fear of risking my last year of teaching - I have to get to retirement or we lose everything, are homeless, and won't be able to treat my severe stenosis of the neck or wife's lupus without medical coverage. The new false reporting is not difficult to disprove - they aren't very smart, but the allegations are truly awful. We are seeking legal action this summer to get the child out of the emotionally unsafe hands of the mother - get full custody.

"Employer, Attorney, Police officer and Landlord½. And several doctors, dentists, psychiatrists and other helath care employees, social security officials, physiotherapists, the courts ".in positions of power" and responsibility. And "if the defendent has knowledge of a mental or physical condition that would make the plaintiff more susceptible to emotional distress, that knowledge would be taken into considerateion." The US law is sensible, Sir. I wonder whether this is valid in Sweden too?

Oh, wow! My former husband’s horrific physical and mental abuse caused me to developed a fatal health condition. He knows I have it; he knows it’s caused by severe chronic stress, and he knows it’s fatal w/o steroids ...which he knows I can’t take.
I’m 45, and my drs. at the Mayo Clinic have given me no more than 18-24 months to live.
Proving it isn’t an issue nor is proving liable and slander. I hope this qualifies as intentional inflection of emotional abuse as well.

My former boss lunged towards me in front of an HR Director. Yes I was seeing a therapist at the the time. I also reported him for calling me a c***. Harassment to HR Director and whistle-blower from HR website. He retaliated with lies that I was 107 times late for work. Subsequently I filed for FMLA HR Director quit then new one came on board and offered Short term disability for me then retracted over the phone and said I was fired. I dates times and the HR Director as a witness as well as therapist PysD notes to prove emotional distress. Would I have a case?

There is always the tactic of never allowing you to see a therapist. Yes, that's a real thing that's utilized in organized stalking/harassment. Oh, there's also the blacklisting for legal counsel which they do so that the potential whistleblower is unable to make allegations against the offending party. Yes, the legal industry is well aware of it and is complicit. Is that even a question?

Personally I think that's like saying that someone who got abused but was too scared to come forward until 20 yrs later that they can't do it

Does this have to be a physical action like punching? Or can it be psychological with intent? "Beyond the bounds of decency", does this include sexual oriented harassment of a stranger/roommate?, eg, masturbating in full view and walking around naked, bringing drunk strangers home and leaving them with you, and when ignoring the advances, threatening in writing to call the police on a fabricated charge to get you to either comply with advances and, if not, to sign a legal document that will cause financial ruin? Causing extreme anxiety and loss of productivity? In an apartment lease that cannot be terminated without causing financial harm, severe emotional distress and fear at what they might do next, an inability to sleep and perform at work? In the state of FL? If so, I have an urgent need of a smart and capable lawyer who knows this area of law very well.

Would a judge refusing to examine evidence that I was telling the truth and not mentally ill. Count as Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. I was told by one court psychologist that he agreed with the other psychologist that I was mentally ill. I asked him to let me show you the evidence that proves I'm telling the truth. He told me I wasn't allowed to do that. Because the judge made a ruling that I could not introduce evidence that would prove I wasn't mentally ill. The judge didn't want to make his ruling on that evidence and have it used in any future court cases by me.
I asked the psychologist then how do I prove to you I am telling the truth and not mentally ill? The psychologist answered me by telling me, I can't. I was going through a trial where my family was trying to have me committed to a mental hospital. But I wasn't being allowed to prove that I was telling the truth and not mentally ill. I was put in a Catch-22 situation by the judge. And my life has been a living hell for the last 18 years because of this judge's ruling. My first amendment rights were violated by the judge.
