I’ll defend lettuce with my dying breath, it adds crunch, moisture, bulk and a healthy taste to combat the greasy diabetes feel and taste of burgers. That stuff is underrated in burgers just like toasted sesame seeds. But tbf too much lettuce can be overwhelming for handling and biting.

@@topgeorge6908 tbf lettuce from fast food places to me loses its crunch as soon as it gets put together. Thus with burgers that u make yourself Fresh Gem lettuce is superior cause it will still keep its texture for a good 20 mins or so. Pros and cons to the joint being an hour out.
