Zodwa when you say you don't accept calls from people who don't add value or whom you haven't built solid relations with I felt it. Am also at a point where I examine the importance of people who I keep in my circle. I don't care if it's family, companion or anyone, I let go of any thing and anyone that dims my light, propels me to my worst version or contributes to my dysfunction. Be selfish to survive!
