    जब कॉलोनी अवैध hai to सरकार रजिस्टरी करती ही क्यों hai? सरकार रजिस्ट्री के पैसे भी ले लेती hai और अवैध भी बोलती hai,,,,, गज़ब hai

To sir kya koi risk h plot lene me colony fully developed h park light sever already 60 65 family reh bhi rahi h

    sir , if the layout of the locality is not approved by the development authority , there are hundreds of houses already built and thousands of people living, and if an individual/ single person get notice saying construction is illegal because plan of house is not passed. what to do in such a situation?

      Sure it will be demolished because layout is not sanctioned so it falls in the definitions of unauthorised colonies..

    Jewar Airport ke pass there is coloney they are saying no need to approve from yamuna authority.
    They are saying they will give registry and possessions every thing. As there are no plot so no need or rera. No need of yammuna authority development.

    मेरा बेटा पूना मे mnc मे काम करता हैं, पूना मे प्लाट या फ्लैट लेना चाहता हैं क्या महाराष्ट्र मे पूना का कोई अलग नियम हैं, कई जगहप्लाट देखने के लिए गया था, विक्रेता ने बताया की पंचायत क्षेत्र मे आता हैं इस पर पुणे अथॉरिटी की स्वीकृत जरुरी नहीं हैं, मेरे लडके जैसे और भी बच्चे अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से
    आशियाना का सपना देख रहे हैं सोचते हैं कि ज्यादा किराये से अच्छा अपना मकान /फ्लैट कर ले अतः आपसे निवेदन अपने महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव देने का अति कृपा करें l

    sir aap keh rahe hain ki lko me jo plot nagar nigam se approved hai wo bhi illegal hain. agar aisa hai to phir master plan ki zameeen par nagar nigam kyon approval de raha hai, aur agar approval de diya to baad me sarkaar ko khud us par action leke ka kya logic banta hai?

      सर namasker सर मै जहा रहता हूं वाहा वहा पर बहुत सारे घर पहले से ही है कम से कम डेढ़ सौ परिवार है और किसी ने भी नक्शा पास नही करवाया है और मैने घर का कार्य शुरू करवा दिया अभी घर का कार्य पूरा होने वाला है कुछ दिन पहले प्राधिकरण वाले नोटिस लगा कर चले गए फिर हम लोग प्राधिकरण ऑफिस गए की आप हमारा नक्शा पास कर दो पर उनका कहना है हम उस जगह का नक्शा पास नही कर सकते हैं सर इस कंडीशन में हम क्या करें किरप्या सुझाव दे

    Hi sir, if a residential area already have sewerage from lucknow nagar nigam, will it mean it is definitely a legal colony or there might be chance of it being illegal? This area also has roads and big houses... please help

    क्या डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी से खरीदे हुए, फ्री होल्ड आवासीय प्लॉट को , मैं दो भाग करके , दो अलग खरीददारों को ,आधा प्लॉट अलग बेंच सकते हैं ???
    रजिस्ट्री अलग अलग करेंगे !!!
    मैने ऊ.प्र. में बरेली में बरेली डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी(BDA) से एक प्लॉट,162 sq.m. खरीदा है।
    इसे ही आधा हिस्सा (80sq.m. और 82 sq.m. ) को बेचना चाहता हूं

    Sir agr poori society k layout k area 1000 sq. M. Se kam hai to kya layout pass krwane ki jarurat nahi padti hai kya?

      No layout plan can be approved for such a small area of land. This is a unauthorised sub division of land , so maps can not be sanctioned.

      Dear friend it it totally unauthorised colony. No colony can be defined as legal or authorised colony until it's lalout is sanctioned from concerned Development Authority. So you should not purchase any type of property in this colony.
