    आपके वीडियो से मुझे बहुत ही मार्ग दर्शन मिला सेम यही कंडीशन मेरे साथ हो रही है आपके वीडियो से मिली नॉलेज के आधार पर मै उत्तराखंड सरकार व जिलाधिकारी उधमसिंह नगर से जबाब मांगूगा कि मै उत्तराखंड में जिस स्थान पर फ़ूड प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट लगाने जा रहा था जिसके लिए प्रधानमंन्त्री योजना के अंर्तगत मेरा लोन,सब्सिटी आदि भी पास हो चुकी है बैंक भी एग्री है लेकिन वही विकास प्राधिकरण के नक्शा बनाने वालों की गलती का खामियाजा मुझे भुगतना पड़ रहा है क्योंकि उक्त यूनिट की भूमि रजिस्ट्री,दाखिल खारिज, 143,तो है लेकिन विकास प्राधिकरण के मास्टर प्लान के अनुसार भूमि का वह छोटा सा टुकड़ा कृषि भूमि में दर्शाया गया है मजबूरी वश सरकार द्वारा दी जानी वाली राशि,सब्सिटी,व अन्य सुविधाएं सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त नक्शा बनाने वालों की गलती के कारण मुझे वापिस देनी पड़ रही है क्योंकि गलती सरकार करे सजा आवाम भुगते । धन्यवाद। हो सके तो मुझे आप अपना नम्बर प्रोवाइड करवा दीजिये मुझे भविष्य में आपकी हेल्प की ज़रूरत पड़ सकती है उसके लिए अगर आपकी कोई अफोर्डेबल फीस भी होगी तो हम पे कर देंगे।

    Sir jaisa ki apne bataya ki 100sqm tk ke plot ke liye min. 4 metre ki road honi chahiye aur kisi bhi layout ke approval ke liye min. 9 metre ki road honi chahiye to us hisab se to ye avaidh ki sreni me aa jayega

    तिवारी जी, आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी अमूल्य है। मेरे दादा जी ने मिनजुमला खसरे की जमीन खरीदकर उस पर मकान बनाया था। दादा जी की मृत्यु के बाद मकान नगर पंचायत में मेरे पिताजी के नाम दर्ज हो गया जिसका टैक्स पिताजी के नाम से ही जमा होता है। आपसे जानना है कि क्या तहसील में जमीन अभी भी दादा जी के नाम पर ही होगी या पिताजी के नाम पर?

    Sir...maine ek plot liya hai Varanasi me....plot lene k time vo gaon me aata tha....lekin kuch saal baad vo nagar nigam me aa gaya....plot ki road 16 feet chaudi hai....plot ki size 150 varg meter hai.....kahi ye anadhikrit plot to nhi hai na....aur nagar nigam me baksa pass ho jayega ya nhi

    1. A piece of sc/st land in village Kamlabad Badoli on main village road was converted into 143 residential in year 2011 and sold to generally category in 2021.
    2. The Village is in Masterplan 2031
    3. The area has lots of shops. People have constructed shops on 143 land (Residential).
    4. I want to buy this plot for investment as commercial purpose (because it’s on main road), shall I check land use of this plot as per master plan.
    5. What to do if land use of this area is not yet defined?
    6. If master plan declares area of this plot as commercial, then only this plot will be converted as commercial?
    7. What happens to the people already doing commercial activities in this area?

    Sir, I am from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I have a plot at Dehradun on which I have constructed a house. When I purchased the plot in 2001, it was kirshi bhoomi and the person whom I purchased had dakhil khriz in his name. Subsequently, I got an approved map for a house from local dev authorities. They approved Map after charging conversion charges. Later, I could not get dakhil khariz in my name because tehsil has told that my plot is aabadi. I have only registry in my name. Pl inform what documents I can get from. Tehsil which confirms that my plot is in the aabadi category and is in my name, so that there is no problem in the future in selling etc of house.

    143 kra li, registry me awasiye likha hai fir bhi ap ghr ni bna skte to awasiye likha kr registery ho kaise rahi hai? Kya chal raha hai kanoon me itna confusion. To awasiye likhne pr to registry honi bhi nahi chahiye is hisb se.

      @@tusharrai7940 Dear friend it's not according to me . It's according to presently applicable U. P. URBAN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1973 , any colony whose Layout is not Approved is unauthorised colony and can be demolished.
      Although you can ask This question to government of Uttar Pradesh that "where these people will go ??'
      I am explaining the present applicable rules Just to aware the people to save their Hard earned money while purchasing any property.
