Sir, I am from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I have a plot at Dehradun on which I have constructed a house. When I purchased the plot in 2001, it was kirshi bhoomi and the person whom I purchased had dakhil khriz in his name. Subsequently, I got an approved map for a house from local dev authorities. They approved Map after charging conversion charges. Later, I could not get dakhil khariz in my name because tehsil has told that my plot is aabadi. I have only registry in my name. Pl inform what documents I can get from. Tehsil which confirms that my plot is in the aabadi category and is in my name, so that there is no problem in the future in selling etc of house.

@@tusharrai7940 Dear friend it's not according to me . It's according to presently applicable U. P. URBAN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1973 , any colony whose Layout is not Approved is unauthorised colony and can be demolished.
