When Purin started singing front facing, i legitimately started to feel drowsy. Mainly because it was 12:00 AM and i hadn't slept yet, but still, pretty spoopy.
I really like the idea of every time it’s just Purin’s turn there’s a small animation of Pico trying to stay awake, with the first time (before his first turn) being the closest he gets to actually being fully put to sleep before he snaps out of it and starts singing to try and counteract it.

Some things I noticed during the “battle.” -Looking at the body of Nurse Joy in the back, even though her body is in shadow it looks like her lower half is missing, possibly even gnawed off. -The painting behind Pico has a shadow figure resembling Jigglypuff but with a red ‘X’ crossing it out. -Claw marks behind Purin. Maybe Purin has another more sinister form? -The faces of Purin; several hands and skulls trapped inside of it, perhaps those souls it has defeated and absorbed? A look of regret, like it is conflicted and regrets what it is doing? Eyes and teeth askew, hinting at something far more sinister lurking within it; a demon perhaps? -Perhaps Purin is attracted to the immense pain someone or something feels at the time, and when innocent bystanders come across it Purin warns them off lest they be joining Nurse Joy in swinging in the centre.
I think I remember it saying somewhere that purin takes the souls of children to try to bring the nurse back to life, the skulls inside of it are from the children

The fact that the kid whose survived (and facilitated) multiple school shootings seems *DEEPLY* unsettled by this kinda speaks to the character FNF has been turning Pico into in my opinion , taken him from being a sort of obscure goofy ass character with MAC-10’s (THEY ARE MAC-10’s, NOT UZI’S, YOU CANNOT TELL ME OTHERWISE) who seemingly was meant to be left behind in a forgotten chapter of childhood history, only to be brought back for a little more fun in a handful of FNF mods. This… this kinda emotion seems ridiculous to a certain extent considering what a kind of character Pico was, and technically still is… if anything, it kinda humanizes the kid.
My slight Headcanon: Pico is in this abandoned Pokecenter (which would be the same one that appears in the background of the first two Hypno songs) waiting for Girlfriend/seeing if Boyfriend is there
No offense here, but I’m kind of glad this song wasn’t finished. From what I’ve read, it was supposed to be FAR more disturbing and gruesome, I find it ironic what we have already set off alarms in a lot of people. There was an used concept for where purin..puts pico to sleep possibly killing em turns to us to do the same. thing but pico would appear as a ghost to stop purin from doing again the same thing to us. That unused turning animation in the video is meant for that.
this isn't actually even fully finished, Purin is meant so use sing on Pico before it turns to the player, Pico falls asleep and he has his little Garcello-style soul thingy that he uses to sing since he himself is asleep, and theres meant to be a bunch of gen 1 pokemon in the same style as Purin after the camera pans back.
The part where jiggly puff faces the player is terrifying and it’s very rare for mods to do that now a days… Which is kinda disappointing because you wanted more scars outta that but again I’m not trying to get people angry with the way I’m targeting Hypnos mod.
There is still things missing like purin singing normally sprites and also the other dead pokemons apearring in the background after the reverse part and also after the reverse part pico turns into a ghost and also his idle pose after leaving his body ghost pico has its sprite

The fact that the kid whose survived (and facilitated) multiple school shootings seems *DEEPLY* unsettled by this kinda speaks to the character FNF has been turning Pico into in my opinion , taken him from being a sort of obscure goofy ass character with MAC-10’s (THEY ARE MAC-10’s, NOT UZI’S, YOU CANNOT TELL ME OTHERWISE) who seemingly was meant to be left behind in a forgotten chapter of childhood history, only to be brought back for a little more fun in a handful of FNF mods. This… this kinda emotion seems ridiculous to a certain extent considering what a kind of character Pico was, and technically still is… if anything, it kinda humanizes the kid.
My slight Headcanon: Pico is in this abandoned Pokecenter (which would be the same one that appears in the background of the first two Hypno songs) waiting for Girlfriend/seeing if Boyfriend is there

No offense here, but I’m kind of glad this song wasn’t finished. From what I’ve read, it was supposed to be FAR more disturbing and gruesome, I find it ironic what we have already set off alarms in a lot of people. I mean, the game over screen was enough to keep me up at night, could we handle more…? I know I probably couldn’t. Hahah.

There was an used concept for where purin..puts pico to sleep possibly killing em turns to us to do the same. thing but pico would appear as a ghost to stop purin from doing again the same thing to us. That unused turning animation in the video is meant for that.

There is still things missing like purin singing normally sprites and also the other dead pokemons apearring in the background after the reverse part and also after the reverse part pico turns into a ghost and also his idle pose after leaving his body ghost pico has its sprite
