I installed such a device in my car back in 2018 when I decided to travel from Estonia to Bulgaria. It turned out to be a very useful navigator around Europe, and the sound of music playback has significantly improved.
Not had any issues with it... the Tigra speakers are a bit of a limiting factor and although i changed the ones in the door it still really needs more, but the head unit seems very quick and responsive..
