Garmin HRM Pro Heart Rate Strap / Monitor Review - Why It Is Worth It

In this video I talk about my experience of using Garmin HRM Pro Heart Rate Strap / Monitor and what I found most useful about it. I am mentioning accuracy and it what circumstances it really shines much more than optical heart rate sensor on your wrist. I also mention some aspects of running dynamics (as Garmin HRM Pro also does what Garmin Running Dynamics Pod), Lactate threshold (what it is and how to measure it), as well as other features like activity tracking. I was using HRM Pro with my Garmin Fenix 6X Pro Solar, but it will work with any recent Garmin device using ANT+ (very effective and efficient way to connect fitness devices) or to any Bluetooth device supported (such as your iOS or Android phone with Garmin Connect app installed).
